General Terms and Conditions
All services rendered by DUPI Group B.V. and its group companies are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of DUPI Group B.V. These general terms and conditions are deposited at the Rotterdam Chamber of Commerce (number 51642603), can be consulted below and will be sent upon first request, free of charge.

For the main part, our staff members are remunerated on the basis of a fixed salary in line with market conditions. (Depending on the position and assessment there is the possibility that our staff members receive a partial, limited and maximized variable remuneration). We direct our staff to act ethically, with due care and customer-oriented, focusing on the interests of our clients and our company in the long term. The assessment of these conduct requirements determines both the amount of the fixed and of the variable income of our staff members.

Conflict of interest policy
At DUPI Group we conduct our business according to the principle that we must manage conflicts of interest fairly, both between ourselves and our clients or business parties and between clients or contract parties themselves.
By the Protocol MGA [Protocol Volmacht] of the Dutch Association of Insurers and the Guideline Customer Interests [Leidraad Klantbelang Centraal] of the Dutch Association of Insurers and the Dutch MGA Association, we recognize our duty to act in the best interest of our clients and business partners. Therefore we are committed to ensuring that they are not disadvantaged by any action taken by our staff.
Our policy is to take all reasonable steps to maintain and operate effective organizational and administrative arrangements to identify and manage relevant conflicts.
DUPI maintains a Conflict of Interest Policy, the purpose of which is to protect the integrity of DUPI and the organization’s decision-making process as well as to enable our clients and business partners to have confidence in the integrity, intentions and actions of our staff.

Complaints handling policy
We are committed to providing quality and professional service. If, however, you feel we have not met your expectations we intend to handle and resolve your complaints in line with the high levels of service we aim to give all of our clients.
