Property Cover
We offer Property insurance ranging from a simple cover for Fire risks to Extended Perils and full All Risks cover
(excluding the regularly excluded Natural Catastrophes) for a wide range of industries and business activities.
We also provide cover for Business Interruption as a result of an insured peril.
Limited Machinery Breakdown cover is available for general installations connected to the premises.
Geography
We insure a wide range of occupancies and industrial activities for insureds based in the Netherlands.
We can also provide cover to Dutch-based insureds for their interests abroad (within the European Economic Area).
Risk engineering
We have in house capabilities to provide tailor-made risk engineering services which are also available to third parties.
Limits
Our underwriting capacity ranges up to a limit of EUR 18 M for the best protected non-complex risks.
