Our CAR insurance cover is designed to protect contractors and their principals, including all other parties involved, against losses and damages that might arise during the construction work for any building or civil engineering project.

Based on EML* up to:

• EUR 50 M for Dutch risks
• EUR 50 M for Nordic risks
• EUR 50 M for German risks
• EUR 10 M for all other risks

• Basic construction risks for residential and non-residential buildings such as apartment buildings, offices, hospitals, etc
• Complex risks for power plants, chemical plants, factories, etc
• Civil engineering risks for bridges, harbour works, dredging & reclamation and infrastructural works
• Renewable energy risks
• DIC/DIL coverage
