At DUPI we aim to achieve a safe and ethical environment for all persons working for us. Nevertheless, Irregularities may occur. We invite anyone who works or has worked with or for us to report suspected Irregularities. We are happy to receive these reports, as we are keen to remedy possible Irregularities. This reporting scheme explains how to safely report (suspicions of) Irregularities internally and externally.
