Marleen Mac-Donald

Marleen Mac-Donald joined our company in February 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience in controlling, accounting, project and process management, Marleen brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Prior to joining us, she had worked as Operations and Control Manager at Victor Insurance Rotterdam since 2011 and as Fiduciary Accounting Controller at Marsh Rotterdam from 2007 to 2011.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Management Science from the Open University. Marleen’s strong academic foundation, combined with her practical experience, equips her with the necessary skills to effectively manage our financial operations.

As our Chief Financial Officer, Marleen plays a crucial role in overseeing our financial and operational activities. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures efficient financial management, enabling us to achieve our business objectives.

Under Marleen’s leadership, long-term projects are well managed and monitored. She leads key developments in robotics and leads our efforts in automation. While she appreciates the power of human creativity and ingenuity, Marleen also recognises the importance of safe technology in streamlining processes and performing error-free calculations.

Marleen is known for her clear and incisive communication style. She leads and manages her teams effectively and leaves no room for ambiguity. Her approach is characterised by a mix of critical thinking and sense of humour, making her an inspiring and engaging leader.
