Accessibility

Address and Parking
Our office is located in the iconic Blaak16 building in Rotterdam. Visitors can park in the car park at Wijnstraat 55, which is part of the same building as our office. Please note: this is not the same address as Blaak16.

The car park is exclusively accessible for users and visitors of Blaak16. To ensure smooth access, we kindly ask you to park slightly to the left of centre when entering (as shown in the image), so that the sensors can correctly detect your number plate. If this does not work, please ring the reception at Blaak16.

Advance registration is required. Please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Kindly include your name, company name, date, time, and vehicle registration number in the email to [email protected] or [email protected]. Public Transport
DUPI is also easily accessible by public transport:

  • Blaak Station is located directly opposite our office, just a one-minute walk away.
  • From Blaak Station, there are direct connections to national and international train routes via Rotterdam Central, which is just a few minutes away.
  • Trams, buses, and metro lines are easily accessible from Blaak Station, providing convenient access to all districts of Rotterdam.


By Car
Blaak16 is situated on the main road Blaak, with excellent traffic flow and quick access to the Rotterdam ring road. From nearby cities such as The Hague, Amsterdam, Utrecht, or Breda, you can reach our office within 10 minutes of leaving the ring road.

Our office is located in the Bright Offices Building A in Amsterdam. The building is easily accessible via exit S102 of the A10 highway (ring road) and is within walking distance of Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station.

Visitor policy

At DUPI Group, we attach great importance to the safety of our employees and visitors, the protection of company information, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the GDPR. On this page, you can read how we carefully and safely organize visits to our locations.

1. Access to our location
Our office is open on working days between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Visits outside these hours are only possible by prior arrangement. Visitors must report to reception. You may be asked to show your ID to verify your visit. We do not make copies of identity documents. The receptionist will check whether you have an appointment or a valid reason for your visit.

2. Registration upon arrival
Upon arrival, we ask you to register your name, the name of the employee you are visiting, and the time of arrival and departure. We store this information for a maximum of 3 months. If a visit takes longer than planned or takes place outside regular hours, the receiving employee will ensure that the correct visit details are still passed on to reception.

3. Accompaniment during your visit
A DUPI Group employee will pick you up at reception. You will be accompanied throughout your visit. At the end of your visit, you will be taken back to reception to check out.

4. Security and confidentiality
Our visitors do not have access to secure or confidential areas without supervision. Access to internal systems, documents, or company information is not permitted.

5. Prohibition of photography, video, and recording
Taking photographs, videos, or sound recordings within our offices is not permitted, unless express permission has been given.

6. Privacy & GDPR
DUPI Group processes your visitor data exclusively for security purposes and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon request, we will be happy to inform you about the purposes of this processing, the retention periods, and your privacy rights.

7. Incidents and undesirable behavior
In the event of incidents or undesirable behavior, access to our location may be refused or terminated. If necessary, we will call in security or the authorities.

8. Responsibilities within DUPI Group

  • The reception takes care of registration and initial checks.
  • Our employees accompany visitors during their stay.
  • Compliance ensures the correct implementation of and compliance with this policy.
