Tomorrow’s solutions, today’s energy
Young DUPI brings together colleagues under 35 who want to grow, connect and actively shape the future of DUPI and the insurance market. With around forty percent of our organisation involved, it’s not a side initiative, but a visible and integral part of who we are.
It’s a platform where ideas are shared, perspectives are challenged and the voice of the next generation is heard. Young DUPI regularly provides input to management on topics such as innovation, partnerships and how the industry is evolving.
Development plays a key role. Through sessions with guest speakers, members explore themes like leadership, personal growth and career direction. But it doesn’t stop there. They visit clients, attend industry events and take part in excursions, gaining first-hand insight into the markets we operate in.
At the same time, Young DUPI strengthens connections across teams and offices. It also links up with other young professional networks in the industry, creating opportunities to exchange ideas and broaden perspectives. It’s a natural extension of how we do business at DUPI: building strong relationships, while enjoying the process along the way.
