Peter Kegel

Peter Kegel is a seasoned insurance executive and CEO of DUPI Group since October 2024. He brings a wealth of experience and a passion for client-focused leadership to this role. Known for his people-first mentality, Peter is committed to creating a high-performing, professional and dynamic culture at DUPI. 

Drawing on his extensive experience in financial services, Peter has successfully led professionals and teams through transformations, consistently delivering measurable results. He is known for expanding portfolios, implementing effective distribution strategies and improving sales effectiveness and client service. His broad expertise in the intermediary market and various distribution channels gives him the insight and precision needed to drive DUPI’s strategic initiatives. 

Peter has a strong academic foundation in insurance and financial management and specialises in the Dutch insurance market. His educational background, combined with his professional experience, enable him to seamlessly align strategic goals with operational execution.
