Vincent van Wing joins DUPI as Director Delegated Authorities

Rotterdam, 10 October 2025 – As of 1 December 2025, we are pleased to welcome Vincent van Wing as Director Delegated Authorities at DUPI.

With his extensive experience and keen understanding of the delegated authority market, Vincent brings fresh momentum to this rapidly growing part of our organisation. His arrival highlights our focus on working closely with brokers and clients to create tailor-made solutions that work in practice.

Experience that counts
Vincent is no stranger to the world of delegated underwriting and insurance – in fact, he’s been part of it since 1998.
After holding positions at among others Nationale Nederlanden, Reaal Volmachten, ABN AMRO Verzekeringen, DAS and DSW, he joined Markel in 2019, where he helped shape the company’s commercial direction as Manager Sales. His background across both the commercial and delegated authority sides makes him a strong addition to DUPI: someone with an eye for opportunity and the ability to navigate a changing market.

A strong focus on delegated authorities
With Vincent on board, we are bringing new energy to our delegated authority activities, a key focus within our growth strategy.

Peter Kegel, CEO DUPI Group, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Vincent. He combines in-depth knowledge of the delegated authority market with a strong commercial mindset. That combination fits perfectly with how we work: entrepreneurial, solution-driven and focused on relationships. With Vincent at the helm, we’re accelerating the professionalisation and growth of our delegated authority business.”
