Rotterdam, 24 April 2025 – DUPI proudly welcomes Rik van den Bosch as our new Associate Director Marine Cargo, effective June 1 2025. With over two decades of experience in the insurance market, Rik brings a unique combination of broking expertise, entrepreneurial drive and a deep understanding of logistics liability.
Rik previously held senior positions at Aon, Meijers and Herenvest Corporate, and most recently served as Risk Manager and partner at Kröller Boom. “After many years on the broking side, I’m excited to join DUPI and bring my experience to a new angle of the industry.” Rik says. “This move feels natural, I’ve always respected DUPI for its entrepreneurial mindset and client-focused culture.”
Thinking differently, acting with purpose
Rik describes DUPI as “one of the few players in the market that dares to think outside the box while staying genuinely focused on what clients need.” That mindset resonates deeply with him: “I believe in being proactive, transparent and collaborative. He looks forward to working with the Marine Cargo team to shape a solid, forward-looking portfolio. “With my background in logistics liability, I hope to be a connector between generations, between disciplines, and between DUPI and the broking market. I’m here to contribute, not to compete. Growing together is the most rewarding part of leadership.”
