Mariska Beumer joins DUPI as Director People & Culture
Rotterdam, 9 September 2025 – As of 1 November 2025, DUPI proudly welcomes Mariska Beumer as our new Director People & Culture.
With her international experience, sharp eye for people development and contagious energy, Mariska joins us to help our people – and our culture – grow alongside DUPI itself. With over 15 years of international experience in human resources and organisational development, Mariska brings a proven track record of driving growth through people. Her background includes senior HR roles at AkzoNobel (Italy), PepsiCo (Netherlands), and Reckitt (France & Benelux). Most recently, she led the Recruitment and Learning & Development teams at Port of Rotterdam, where she successfully translated long-term development goals into tangible results.
Mariska holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Tilburg University) and a cum laude Master’s in Strategic HR Management (Radboud University). Her decision to join DUPI was driven by the company’s unique culture. “What struck me was the combination of ambition and authenticity,” she says. “DUPI is a place where people matter, and where change is embraced without compromising identity. That’s rare – and something I want to be part of. I believe in helping teams grow not by telling them what to do, but by creating a space in which people feel safe to speak up, share ideas and learn from one another.
