DUPI welcomes Chris Honig as Director of Underwriting & Distribution – Deputy CEO
Rotterdam, 12 Novermber 2025 – On 1 January 2026, Chris Honig will join the DUPI’s Management Team as Director of Underwriting & Distribution – Deputy Chief Executive Officer. A leader who combines vision with decisiveness, strategic insight with collaboration, and knows how to translate growth into concrete results – perfectly in line with DUPI’s spirit.
With over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry, Chris brings broad market knowledge and leadership. Since starting his career in 2001, he has worked at leading international organisations – AIG, Marsh, VLC & Partners and Ecclesia – in a variety of senior and strategic roles. He studied Law at Utrecht University.
In his new role at DUPI, Chris will work with the Underwriting Directors and colleagues on the distribution side to strengthen the connection between underwriting and distribution. The focus will be on collaboration, market development and quality.
