Updates regarding developments in relation to the Coronavirus outbreak

Regarding recent developments in relation to the Coronavirus outbreak, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

DUPI Group keeps a close eye on developments regarding the Coronavirus and the guidelines of the RIVM (The Dutch National Institute for Public Health and Environment) and the GGD (The Dutch Common Health Service). DUPI adheres to and respects the directions of the Dutch Ministry to prevent further spread of the Coronavirus. Based on the guidelines issued by RIVM and GGD, we have in place a strict protocol to guarantee the continuity of your and our services.

DUPI has implemented the following measures until further notice:

• We work in staggered shifts. This means some colleagues are to work from home, while others are at the office in Rotterdam or Amsterdam;
• Appointments with our clients in the Netherlands and elsewhere are taking place remotely or are taking place with 1,5 meters distance.

Our services are completely digital and not tied to specific locations. To guarantee the continuity of our services, our staff is provided with all necessary facilities that enable them to work from home.

Updates betreffende ontwikkelingen in relatie tot de uitbraak van het coronavirus

Gezien de recente ontwikkelingen rondom het uitbreken van het coronavirus vragen wij uw aandacht voor het volgende:

DUPI Group houdt de ontwikkelingen rondom het coronavirus en de richtlijnen van het RIVM en de GGD nauwlettend in de gaten. DUPI volgt en respecteert de maatregelen die ons kabinet treft om verdere verspreiding van het coronavirus tegen te gaan. Wij hanteren, op basis van de richtlijnen die het RIVM en de GGD hebben opgesteld, een strikt protocol om de continuïteit van uw en onze dienstverlening te waarborgen.

Wij hebben tot nader order de volgende maatregelen getroffen:

• We werken in verschillende teams. Dit betekent dat sommige collega’s thuis werken, terwijl anderen op kantoor in Rotterdam of Amsterdam zijn;
• Onze afspraken met klanten in binnen- en buitenland vinden op afstand plaats of vinden plaats met de inachtneming van 1,5 meter afstand.

Onze dienstverlening verloopt volledig digitaal via beveiligde servers en is daarom niet aan specifieke locaties gebonden. Medewerkers van DUPI zijn voorzien van alle benodigde faciliteiten, waardoor zij vanuit huis de continuïteit van onze dienstverlening volledig kunnen waarborgen.
